Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads (eBooks, guides, templates, planners, courses, and other downloadable content), all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered or accessed.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Accidental purchases
  • Change of mind
  • Failure to read the product description
  • Download issues caused by personal device or internet problems

If you experience a technical issue accessing your product, please contact us and we’ll gladly assist you.


Physical Products & Merchandise

For physical items such as apparel, accessories, or printed products:

Returns

You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Photos of the issue may be requested

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Used or washed merchandise

Refund Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
